WHAT IS NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is often described as the psychology of inter- and intra-personal communication. NLP is about how our minds work and about identifying the perception and cognitive patterns underlying all human communication. NLP is to people what mathematics and engineering are to the physical world. NLP is a powerful and explicit model of human communication and experience.

HOW WILL I BENEFIT FROM NLP TRAINING?

    You will:
  • Develop clear and attainable outcomes and goals.
  • Establish and maintain rapport with anyone, quickly, easily, and effectively, increasing your impact in interpersonal relationships.
  • Eliminate unwanted fears and phobias.
  • Develop mental flexibility and self-sufficiency.
  • Facilitate change - in behavior, in thinking, and in beliefs - in yourself and in others - with respect and elegance.
  • Experience the emotional and mental freedom of "non-judgmental" thinking.
  • Discover and transform beliefs that limit your personal evolution and success.
WHAT ARE THE CLASSES LIKE?
Classes are informal, as is dress. It is our desire to offer a safe, secure and enjoyable environment, where learning can take place without pressure or stress. Each concept is presented in lecture format, followed by a demonstration by the instructor with a volunteer from the class. Great emphasis is placed on experiential learning through small group exercises. We want you not only to "get the information", we want you to be able to use it.
